The Boy Scouts of Troop 507 will be collecting old Christmas trees from Winchester residents again this year. On Saturday, January 5, 2019,
starting at 7 AM, the Scouts will collect trees from those residents who have pre-registered with a $15 minimum per tree donation and bring the trees
to the Transfer Station. This is the 25th year that this successful fundraiser has helped Winchester residents dispose of their old trees, while
helping Troop 507 raise money for camping equipment and monthly trips.
You can sign up to have your tree picked up any of the following ways:
- On December 8th, December 15th, December 22nd and December 29th, there will be Scouts at the Winchester Transfer Station that will take your tree order along with a donation via cash, check or credit card.
- You can send your order with name, address, and telephone number with a check for $15 per tree payable to BSA Troop 507, c/o Steve Bell, 39 Myrtle Terrace, Winchester, MA 01890.
- You can use the online form below to pay via PayPal.
For orders placed via PayPal or credit card, there is a $1 fee that we add to cover the cost of the transaction. The order deadline is Wednesday, January 2nd.
All trees must be curbside by 7 AM on Saturday January 5, 2019. YES, we start picking up that early! Please make sure that you remove all wiring, ornaments and plastics.
